Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and implementing targeted intervention plans
- Effective communication and collaborative skills for working with students, families, and educational staff
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records for caseload management and compliance documentation
