Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in K-12 school environments preferred, but open to all enthusiastic, qualified professionals
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Passion for fostering communication and language development in children of varied backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal regulations
