As a Pre-K SLP (.8 position) for the upcoming school year, you’ll have a flexible schedule (2-4 days/week, 8:10 AM to 3:20 PM, leave coverage from August 19 to November 11), working mainly between two engaging learning sites. Your expertise will empower young learners and make a substantial impact across diverse classroom settings.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • SLP-CCC credentials required
  • Previous Pre-K school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Proficiency with AAC tools and supporting communication needs
  • Comfortable conducting speech-language evaluations
  • Flexibility to travel between buildings as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech services across the continuum, from speech-only programs to self-contained settings (supporting 35+ S/L-identified students)
  • Engage in a collaborative team, attending key meetings (especially Tuesdays)
  • Deliver direct and consultative support for students and staff
  • Work closely with district SLPs during evaluation processes
