A dedicated, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide direct support and intervention for a diverse group of approximately 50 students. This full-time position runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers consistent weekday hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM) to help you achieve work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:

  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Educator certification required
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized strategies for student success

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students on the caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other school staff
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of student progress and services delivered
  • Communicate regularly with families, educators, and support staff to promote a collaborative approach to student development
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and school community activities as required
