Exciting part-time opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist to make a meaningful impact on middle school students. This flexible, onsite contract position offers the chance to collaborate with school teams and support students’ growth and success. With working hours ranging from 15 to 35 hours per week (final schedule to be determined), you’ll have the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing your expertise to a vibrant educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Illinois
  • Background in conducting psychoeducational evaluations for students
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with middle school age students and their developmental needs
  • Ability to work effectively onsite in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for middle school students
  • Attend and contribute insights at eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Provide overflow support for the building’s full-time School Psychologist
  • Maintain detailed documentation and timely reporting of evaluation results
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
  • Offer expert guidance on interventions and accommodations to help students succeed

This position does not involve managing a specific caseload, allowing you to focus on high-impact assessments and critical team collaboration. You'll play a valuable role in shaping students’ learning experiences and ensuring equitable access to school supports.
