Job Description

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license with a valid PA SLP Educator Certificate
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation in educational settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse student populations
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy to students in grades K-6 at Dunbar Township Elementary
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation according to state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
