Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students’ communication development as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Sunnyvale, CA. This role begins August 13th and continues through June 11th, offering a full-time 37.5-hour work week—delivered fully onsite (VOCO and hybrid options are not available).

Your expertise in speech and language disorders will make a difference in a collaborative educational environment. Use your clinical skills to assess, diagnose, create intervention plans, and work closely with teachers and families to foster academic and social success for every student.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing services in Language, Speech & Hearing, or a California credential as a Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Offer direct therapy sessions and progress monitoring for students
  • Engage collaboratively with educators, staff, and families to support student outcomes
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reports, adhering to district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
