Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (state requirements satisfied)
- Experience working with students in K-12 settings, including middle and high school
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing digital tools for remote work
- Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student needs and environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop effective interventions
- Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and participate in meetings
- Promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes through data-driven recommendations
- Maintain clear records and complete required documentation, with the option for remote paperwork days
