\nAbout This Role
\nThe Program Manager – SIOP is responsible for leading the end-to-end orchestration of lab capacity planning within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improving the overall business maturity of the SIOP process. This role ensures alignment between demand, supply, and execution, enabling revenue delivery, optimizing lab utilization, and service level performance across the business.
\nThe role combines program management, SIOP integration, and execution governance to proactively manage capacity bottlenecks, improve planning maturity, and drive cross-regional accountability.

- Establish and govern standard planning cadence, inputs, and outputs related to lab capacity across all regions \n
- \n
- Enable global visibility of supply and demand outlook aligned to horizons for SIOP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) \n
- \n
- Investigate CHVAC SIOP processes for improvements, develop roadmap, and lead business execution. \n
- \n
- Partner and cross-functionally collaborate across all businesses and regions to ensure effective and standard process execution. \n
- \n
- Ensure clear decision rights and accountability across stakeholders \n
- \n
- Support escalation and resolution processes for risks and opportunities. \n
- \n
- Track, manage, and drive through completion follow ups and actions stemming from S&OP meetings \n
- \n
- Develop and lead SIOP reviews for executive meetings \n
\nRequired Qualifications
\n- \n

Bachelor’s degree
\n
- \n
- \n
7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or program management
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- \n
Program management skills including planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking
\n
- \n
- \n
Strong experience in SIOP / S&OP / S&OE / IBP within a manufacturing environment
\n
- \n
- \n
Excellent communication skills
\n
- \n
- \n
Influencing skills without direct authority
\n
- \n
- \n
High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
\n

- \n
Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience working in or with engineering labs or capacity-constrained operations
\n
\n
Pay Range
\nThe annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
\nOther Compensation
\nThis position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
