Now hiring an operations manager for our new inpatient extended care rehab facility opening in Norfolk, VA!

What You'll Do

• Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, tech
\n support, inventory, storage etc.)
\n • Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance
\n • Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors
\n • Provide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportation
\n coordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)
\n • Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessary

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/ GED
\n • Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)
\n • Valid driver's license
\n • Acute observational and communicational skills
\n • Ability to collaborate and multitask
\n • Strong responsibility and accountability
