\n In this role, you will install siding, roofing materials, and exterior components on modular units. You will work from blueprints and specifications, using hand and power tools to ensure proper installation, weatherproofing, and durability. You’ll work alongside a team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.\n

- Install siding, roofing materials, and exterior components on modular units. \n
- Read blueprints and measurements to ensure accurate installation. \n
- Use hand and power tools to complete exterior finishing work. \n
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and weatherproofing. \n
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety procedures. \n
\n Day Shift – Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm\n
Pay\n\n $22–$26 per hour\n
Siding Carpenter (Prefab Construction Builder) Requirements\n- \n
- 1+ years of experience in metal siding, roofing, or exterior construction \n
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and blueprints \n
- Experience using hand and power tools \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment \n
