BIM Analyst

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and maintain parametric models and scripts using Rhino 8, Grasshopper, and Dynamo. Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols across projects. Automate BIM workflows and data extraction using Python and custom APIs. Ensure compliance with COBie standards for asset data delivery and facility management integration. Ensure adherence to GOAA and industry BIM standards and protocols. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate BIM with Digital Twin platforms for real-time building performance monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and ten (10) years of BIM/CAD/GIS work experience for a consulting firm, a construction company, a public agency, or an airport authority involved with the design and construction of small- and large-scale projects, or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and work experience.
