This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled, passionate SLP who is bilingual and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). You’ll work 3.5 days per week, collaborating with educators and families to support students’ communication development and academic success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Bilingual language ability (Spanish/English or another relevant language)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered therapy

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ goals
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Advocate for students’ speech and language needs in the school setting
