School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Irwin, Pennsylvania

This full-time contract position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their CCC and relevant school experience, who is dedicated to fostering student success in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting students across multiple campuses in Washington County and Greene County, PA. Kick off with essential training sessions in mid-August before students return, and step into a rewarding routine serving diverse school sites throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Active PA SLP Educator Certificate required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) mandatory
• At least one year of school-based SLP experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Must be comfortable with daily travel among the assigned locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to K–12 students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational team planning
• Travel regularly to Bethlehem-Center Elementary, Fort Cherry Elementary, and a Waynesburg campus as assigned
