Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide therapy both in-person and via teletherapy for optimal flexibility
- Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and district staff to facilitate student success
