  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families.
  • Compassion, patience, and resilience in high-demand settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction and support to students with significant behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with related service providers and paraprofessionals to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Employ effective de-escalation strategies and encourage positive behavior.
