What you’ll bring:

• Verification as highly qualified by one of the following:
  • Passing the MN Para Educator Exam
  • Completion of at least 60 college credits with appropriate transcripts (note: photos of degrees not accepted)
• Experience working with children in a school or special education setting is preferred
• Flexibility and openness to assist with all aspects of student care, including toileting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for making a difference in students’ lives

Your key responsibilities:

• Support students’ learning and participation in classroom activities
• Assist with individual or small-group instruction
• Implement strategies under the guidance of special education teachers
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged learning environment
• Participate in behavior support and student care as needed
• Help with student transitions, engagement, and daily routines
