Part-Time Office Manager / Administrative Assistant Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to provide administrative support to leadership and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating office activities, and serving as a key support resource for management. This role will be 20-25 hours per week primarily focused on Monday through Thursday in mornings and early afternoons. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $25/hr. Job Duties

- Provide direct administrative support to leadership and management teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming communications.
- Coordinate office meetings, events, and employee activities.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and company documents.
- Order office supplies and oversee relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense documentation.
- Support internal communication efforts and help distribute company information.
- Monitor office operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Previous experience in an office manager, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
