We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC, requiring a minimum of one year of provider experience.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of improving lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a valid registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations permit, candidates must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Please note that restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, grade, location, and length of service. Full-time benefits require a minimum of 30 hours per week, and certain benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Salary Range: $109,300.00 - $127,580.00 per year. Bonus: $5,000.00.
