An exciting contract opportunity awaits Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) passionate about shaping positive behavioral outcomes in school settings. This role offers a dynamic environment to apply expertise in functional behavior assessments, intervention design, and hands-on training—all onsite in a collaborative educational community.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in behavior analysis with a special focus on supporting teachers, paraprofessionals, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), while also directly collaborating with students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school settings
  • Skilled in coaching and modeling behavioral strategies for multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or other BCBAs
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting interventions and training staff
  • Ability to prioritize a diverse caseload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to behavior
  • Strong organizational and file management skills, including maintenance of electronic records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Model behavioral strategies and conduct interventions for educators and support staff
  • Lead trainings on intervention strategies and data collection methods
  • Supervise and guide RBTs and other behavioral staff
  • Observe students, conduct classroom walkthroughs, and provide recommendations for behavior support
  • Collaborate with education professionals to support and develop positive behavior support programs
  • Research and integrate evidence-based practices into program development
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentation to support intervention and tracking
