Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Spartanburg, SC

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work onsite with a diverse caseload across grade levels, fostering language and speech growth that helps students reach their full academic and social potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a current South Carolina SLP license and Educator certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate comfortably with educators, families, and IEP teams
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of no more than 60 students (often 55 or fewer)
• Conduct ongoing assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver individual and group interventions using evidence-based practices
• Partner with teachers and parents to support student progress across learning settings
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Remain onsite during contracted hours to provide consistent support

This contract position offers a structured weekly schedule with 37.5 hours on site, giving you the opportunity to work closely with students across all grade levels.
