\n A manufacturing company in Roanoke, Texas is hiring a Paint Prep Helper to join their production team. This is hands-on work where attention to detail matters. In this role, you will help get parts ready for painting so every finished product meets high-quality standards. You will be deburring and sanding parts for prep.\n

\n Painter Helper Job Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Prepare metal parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces \n
- Assist painters with staging and organizing parts before and after painting \n
- Hang or rack parts on paint line fixtures \n
- Inspect finished parts and remove masking materials \n
- Maintain a clean and organized work area \n
\n

\n Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.\n
\n\n
\n
\n\n
\n Pay:$18/Hr. \n
\n\n
\n
\n\n
\n Painter Helper Requirements:\n

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment \n
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic \n
