Job Description
Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A highly skilled respiratory therapist is sought for an urgent contract opportunity addressing immediate patient care needs. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to acutely ill patients—ranging from neonates to adults—with diverse and complex medical concerns. Your expertise will be vital to maintaining top-tier respiratory care and delivering exceptional outcomes as part of a dedicated clinical team.
Schedule:
- 3x12 hour night shifts
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required
- Active National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
- Current Oklahoma Respiratory License
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Minimum of six months respiratory care experience
- Experience with Cerner Charting is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to patients from neonates through adults
- Assess, monitor, and document patient needs and responses to therapy
- Manage advanced airway support and administer appropriate interventions in acute and critical situations
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely charting using Cerner EMR
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times
