Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in learning and behavioral assessment, including cognitive, achievement, and social-emotional evaluations
  • Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
  • Offer expert consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and appropriate interventions
  • Develop and assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in RTI and MTSS processes, supporting a spectrum of student needs
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as required
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress, fostering teamwork for optimal student outcomes
