Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC credential required
- Prior experience in school-based settings, especially working with preschool or PK populations
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiarity with the educational environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families and staff
- Strong documentation and assessment skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to preschool students (caseload of 50-55)
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through standardized assessments and informal observations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement
- Rotate between 2-3 nearby school sites (one per day) for engaging, varied workdays
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies and procedures
