Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - El Monte, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC credential required
• Prior experience in school-based settings, especially working with preschool or PK populations
• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiarity with the educational environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families and staff
• Strong documentation and assessment skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to preschool students (caseload of 50-55)
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through standardized assessments and informal observations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement
• Rotate between 2-3 nearby school sites (one per day) for engaging, varied workdays
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies and procedures
