Speech Language Pathologist in Boiling Springs, SC

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist. In this full-time position (37.5 hours per week), you’ll make a meaningful impact working onsite with K-12 learners. Serve a manageable caseload—never exceeding 60 students and often less—in a setting committed to each child’s growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license
• South Carolina Educator Certificate required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience providing SLP services in K-12 schools strongly desired
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to organize and manage a diverse student caseload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students based on IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
• Educate and support teachers and parents in understanding student needs
• Utilize creative therapy materials and methods tailored to each child's strengths
