Special Education Teacher - Broomfield, Colorado

The assignment runs from August 20, 2026, through June 3, 2027, and offers a convenient schedule of 34 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, giving you every Monday off to recharge and plan.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid CDE Special Education (SPED) licensure required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with families, staff, and support teams
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Adaptability and creativity in addressing diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with mild/moderate disabilities in accordance with IEP goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with families about student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
