This full-time, onsite contract runs from August 3 to May 21, 2027. As a collaborative educator, you will co-instruct designated math classes, working closely with fellow teachers to deliver engaging, effective instruction tailored to diverse learners.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Arizona Standard Secondary Teaching License (required)
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card (required)
  • Demonstrated success teaching mathematics at the secondary level
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Experience collaborating with fellow educators or teaching in a co-teaching model is highly desirable

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with another educator to deliver co-taught math instruction to high school students
  • Develop, adapt, and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and support diverse learners
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs
  • Contribute to a supportive environment that encourages student participation and growth
  • Communicate and coordinate with the math department and special education team as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-based events
