Required Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in California
• Previous experience in school settings
• Familiarity with BOT 3 and Peabody assessments for students ages 3-22 with a range of disabilities
• Ability to independently manage a fluctuating caseload and create schedules based on district needs
• Competence in using data to support therapy recommendations and address parent concerns
• Comfortable working itinerantly and autonomously in the field
• Spanish language skills preferred, not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments and provide direct/consultative OT services for diverse K-12 caseloads (mild to severe)
• Communicate and collaborate with staff and families to support interventions
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and service plans using district protocols
• Remain flexible to cover full-year and maternity leave assignments
