Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse needs and work with a team-oriented approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain progress reports, documentation, and Medicaid billing as required
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and families to support student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations effectively
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver direct and indirect services
