School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Gaffney, South Carolina

Empower students across all grade levels as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist serving a K-12 population in a supportive school environment. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active South Carolina SLP license and Educator certificate required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Confident in providing services to diverse K-12 student populations
• Strong interpersonal communication and record-keeping skills
• Comfort with onsite-only service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Deliver dynamic, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in both individual and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, ensuring alignment with student goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet compliance standards
• Provide resources and recommendations to educators and parents for carryover strategies
