We’re a high-volume, fast-casual restaurant group built on internal growth, hands-on leadership, and genuine hospitality in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area. With dozens of restaurants across the region, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Our Assistant Managers succeed because they lead by example and work side-by-side with their teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the floor: Stay engaged during all dayparts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll coach, support, and work alongside your team — not from an office.
• Grow the culture: Develop and mentor hourly team members. Many of our managers started in hourly roles because we believe great leaders understand the business from the ground up.
• Champion guest service: Create a welcoming, energetic environment for every guest. Leaders with casual dining or hospitality backgrounds thrive here because they bring a people-first mindset.
• Run the business: Oversee food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and shift execution. Help your café run smoothly and set each shift up for success.

Who We’re Looking For

• A true passion for the restaurant industry and serving people
• Hands-on leadership style — you’re comfortable jumping in wherever needed
• Experience in fast-casual or casual dining preferred but not required for the right person
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends. We design schedules to avoid burnout: no open-to-close shifts, no doubles, and we protect your days off
