\n Join a team supporting the aerospace industry, where accuracy is critical. In this role, you'll physically verify products picked by the warehouse team by comparing the item in your hands to the customer order in the warehouse system. You'll confirm part numbers, quantities, dimensions, and product specifications while learning to interpret basic blueprints to ensure every order is correct before shipment.\n

\n Monday-Wednesday | 6:30 AM–7:00 PM + 4 hours TBD\n

\n Thursday–Saturday | 6:30 AM–7:00 PM + 4 hours TBD\n

\n NIGHT SHIFT:\n
\n
\n Sunday-Tuesday | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM + 4 hours TBD\n
\n
\n Wednesday- Friday | 6:30 PM–7:00 AM + 4 hours TBD\n

\n Pay: $20.75-21.75 /hr\n

\n Order Verification Associate Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Verify picked products by comparing the physical item to customer orders in the warehouse system
    • \n
  • Confirm part numbers, quantities, dimensions, and product specifications before shipment
    • \n
  • Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints to ensure order accuracy
    • \n
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies while maintaining accurate system documentation
    • \n
  • Cross-train in additional warehouse functions and support inventory accuracy as needed
    • \n

\n Order Verification Associate Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ year of recent warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics experience
    • \n
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems to verify orders
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy
    • \n
  • Able to read and follow written work instructions; blueprint experience is a plus but training is provided
    • \n
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear steel-toe boots, and work overtime during peak periods (up to 60 hours per week)
    • \n
