Key qualifications and experience desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
• Comprehensive background in pediatrics, ideally within educational or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic documentation
• Solid communication and collaboration abilities, especially with multidisciplinary teams and families

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings and comprehensive evaluations for PreK–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Engage in IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and participate in professional development as appropriate
• Provide virtual (teletherapy) and/or onsite services depending on assignment
