Key Qualifications

• Valid ASHA SLP certification with 2–3 years’ post-certification experience
• Experience in school-based settings working with a variety of communication needs
• Willingness to supervise up to 3 SLPAs, overseeing up to 165 cases collectively
• Readiness to handle fluctuating caseloads and dynamic assignments
• Ability to work full time, in-person

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and support SLPAs in delivering speech-language services, including treatment, data collection, and reporting
• Complete Special Education Eligibility Evaluations (initials and re-evaluations)
• Participate in all IEP meetings, presenting evaluation results and making recommendations
• Write and update IEPs for students on assigned caseloads
• Provide exceptional clinical services to students, adapting to changing needs
