Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in education or special education a plus
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information appropriately

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instruction, behavior management, and personalized learning activities
• Provide hands-on support to students during lessons, transitions, and daily routines
• Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and growth
• Adapt instructional materials under the guidance of teaching staff to meet varying student needs
• Supervise students across settings including classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and playgrounds
• Document student progress and provide clear feedback to certified educators and support staff
