This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers the chance to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, averaging 35-37.5 hours per week. Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and in good standing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Previous K-12 school-based experience preferred, but a strong clinical background will be considered
  • Deep knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and data analysis
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with school teams, parents, and stakeholders
  • Commitment to ethical, child-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support teachers and school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
  • Provide guidance, training, and consultation to educators and paraprofessionals
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Engage in team meetings and IEP processes to advocate for student needs
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all K-12 students served
