Location: Asheville, North Carolina

- Shift: Night Shift
- Hours: 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
- Shift Time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Weekends: Every other weekend required
- Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed; schedule based on department needs
- Auto-Offer: Yes
- Department: Emergency Department (ER)

Patient Ratios:
- Typically 4:1 (medical patients)
- Up to 7:1 for ED behavioral hold patients
- Documentation: Cerner
- Equipment: Baxter infusion pumps, patient monitors
- Floating: Within all sections of the ED only; no floating outside the ED

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- At least 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- Level II Trauma Center experience
- Comprehensive Stroke Center experience
- High-volume ED (100,000+ annual visits)
- Previous HCA experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and ability to provide real-time coaching/feedback
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- CPI
- NIHSS

- Level II Trauma Center
