Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter
Schedule: Part-Time
Work Arrangement: Onsite during training, then remote
Position Overview
The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This individual will partner with hiring managers, conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruiting channels
- Review resumes and evaluates candidate qualifications
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Assist with onboarding and hiring-related administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager support
- Associate's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in place of the degree requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sufficient English proficiency to effectively understand and communicate both written and verbal information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
