Job Description
Education:
\n Registered Nurse.
\n Licensure:
\n Licensed in the state of practice.
\n Experience:
\n Three years of clinical patient care experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU, Flight, EMS or similar healthcare setting.
\n Certification/Registration:
\n ACLS, PALS, TNCC
\n Other Skills and Knowledge:
\n Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills. Work well with minimal direction. Have extensive knowledge of the Health System as well as knowledge of trauma. Serve as a resource to staff, families and physicians. Have the ability to defuse stressful situations and handle multiple tasks. Good problem-solving skills as well as being resourceful. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Ability to deal with stressful situations. Standing/walking for long periods of time.
\n Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, certification (TCRN, CEN, CPEN, CCRN).
\n Education: Bachelor's degree.
\n Licensure: Licensed in the state of practice.
\n Experience: 3 years clinical experience in a critical care/trauma setting; Trauma and ICU nursing.
\n Certification/Registration: TCRN or CEN or CPEN or CCRN.
\n Other Skills and Knowledge: Trauma Registry Knowledge, Excel knowledge.
