Working within an elementary school setting from September 2nd through January 1st, you'll collaborate with passionate educators and support staff while helping students thrive. The daytime schedule (8:30–3:45) allows for a balanced work-life experience, providing ample opportunity to relax, reconnect, or embark on new explorations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certificate as a School Psychologist
  • School Social Worker certificate preferred
  • Previous experience in K–5/elementary settings is beneficial
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 25–30 students, plus about 15 counseling cases
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
  • Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Document services and maintain accurate student records in compliance with state guidelines
