Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Previous experience with middle school students or school-based settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
- Organizational skills for managing documentation, scheduling, and caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for middle school students
- Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and document progress for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
