School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Hanover, Pennsylvania

Multiple contract positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing direct services to children in person—both in early intervention settings and K-12 schools. Become an advocate for learners, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families in a dynamic school environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification (must submit with resume)
• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
• Previous experience in school settings (early intervention or K-12 highly valued)
• Openness to light case management and collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Passion for empowering students with communication needs
• Clinical Fellows are welcome if supervision payment is arranged
• SLPA roles not available for these positions

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting speech/language screenings, assessments, and evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy for a diverse caseload including regular education and autistic support students, or, for Early Intervention, ages 3-5 with special education needs
• Managing IEP documentation and case notes; dedicated paperwork time provided for Early Intervention role
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Managing a caseload of 50-55 students across elementary buildings or fulfilling an Early Intervention schedule

Contract Details:

• 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Academic year and year-round schedules available, structured around school calendar breaks
