Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work full-time for the entire school year on a contract basis. You will deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services, collaborating with educators and other specialists to create an encouraging, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and/or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of IEPs, assessment tools, and therapy techniques
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and records per local and federal requirements
This full-time contract SLP role offers competitive hourly rates between $50 and $60, giving you flexibility and security across the full school year.
