Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong CFY candidates considered
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Skilled in case management, IEP development, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress reports, and attendance
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
  • Stay current with best practices and regulatory guidelines for school-based SLP services
