Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of special education law and assessment procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Provide counseling and guidance services to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ academic and social-emotional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
- Support school-wide initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive climate
- Maintain confidential records and documentation in compliance with regulations
