BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
  • Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:
    • Electrical repairs
    • Plumbing repairs
    • Appliance diagnostics and repair
    • Carpentry and general maintenance
  • Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
  • Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
  • Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
  • Previous military housing or multifamily property experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • MUST be able to pass a background check
  • MUST have own transportation
