Key Qualifications:

• Certified and registered as a Cath Lab Tech (RCIS or ARRT highly preferred)
• Demonstrated proficiency in cardiovascular procedures and imaging
• Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience, preferably in a variety of settings
• Strong knowledge of cath lab equipment, monitoring, and sterile techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and other interventional procedures
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining protocols and ensuring safety
• Monitor patient vitals and provide direct support throughout examinations
• Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and uphold strict confidentiality protocols
• Contribute to daily quality assurance and process improvements within the department
