Qualifications:
- Active and current School Psychologist license in Texas required
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and consultation best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support individualized education plans
- Consult with staff and parents regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health interventions
- Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
- Support the development of school-wide programs to promote positive mental health
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in documentation and service delivery
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
