Qualifications:

  • Active and current School Psychologist license in Texas required
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and consultation best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support individualized education plans
  • Consult with staff and parents regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health interventions
  • Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
  • Support the development of school-wide programs to promote positive mental health
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in documentation and service delivery
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings

Job Details:

  • Contract position: August 3, 2026 – May 27, 2027
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Onsite role
