School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Concord, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) welcomed
• Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in K-12 school environments is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to complete onsite duties (remote work is not available)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
