Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) welcomed
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in K-12 school environments is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to complete onsite duties (remote work is not available)
- Please note: this position is not accepting SLPAs at this time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
